Since achieving high results in Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) dance, Jacinda has pursued a career that spans across many genres of dance. Jacinda began her journey into professional dance by completing Tony Bartuccio's full-time Performing Arts Course in 2000. Jacinda then started dancing professionally and began to teach Hip Hop and Jazz in local dance studios. In 2005 Jacinda completed Box Hill TAFE, Certificate III in Dance and Teaching Management, furthering her skills as a teacher and performing artist. For her final choreographic dance piece, Jacinda received the 'Laurel Martyn Choreographic Award' for her contemporary dance piece 'Rapid i Movement'. Recognising her talent, Box Hill TAFE also gave Jacinda the opportunity to teach Jazz in Korea where she gained the invaluable experience of dealing with cultural and linguistic barriers; allowing her to experience dance as a language.

In 2007 Jacinda completed a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts Dance Major at Deakin University with distinctions. In second year, Jacinda completed a unit in Ghana, West Africa, where she took place in a four week drum and dance camp taught by Asanti Dance Theatre. This opened up another world of dance exposing her to West African movement and rhythms. Jacinda was then invited to join the Australian branch of Asanti Dance theatre.

In 2008 Jacinda returned to Africa on a four month safari to broaden her knowledge and to temporarily satisfy her hunger for African culture, tradition, beliefs and of course, dance. Throughout this trip Jacinda studied traditional West African dance with African Footprints Dance Company while also learning Ndebele Dance in Zimbabwe, Southern Africa. Throughout her years of performance, training, and formal study, Jacinda has been working passionately with children in West Melbourne communities using Hip Hop as the medium, establishing her business Limbs 2 Riddims.

Since 2010 Jacinda has been working with communities through Limbs 2 Riddims while working professionally as a model, dancer and choreographer. Jacinda has also been training as an actress, completing the TV presenting course at the Rehearsal Room with Richard Sarrell. Jacinda is now currently studying acting for Film and TV at The Film Space with Aleksi Vellis. In the last few months Jacinda has featured in the Libra 'Peel Off' and Samsonite TVC and was the choreographer for an NGS Super viral video which is soon to hit YouTube!

In 2011 Jacinda is excited to grow in strength as a professional performer and hoping that her skills and constant training as an actress will see her in front of the camera more often.
